Completion:
This project comprises 36 high end serviced apartments over two levels as part of the central precinct in the Pacific Coast Village retirement village. In keeping with the PCV Beach House design, this apartment complex utilises high end finishes including exposed timber and stone to achieve the client’s vision of quality. This was a staged project with final completion and installation of steel in July 2018. Steelworks provided a professional stress-free delivery of material for each stage on time and to the required specification. Their experienced welders provided the high-quality standard of work required and QA was available as requested. Their site riggers were highly efficient at erecting the structure to the construction programme time frame while working in the limited work area among other subcontractors and were acknowledged for their diligent health & safety practices on site.
